“EMIFLON” is Heaters for heating chemicals made of fluororesin film. Available for heating with directly immersed in chemicals. As conventional planar heaters use silicone rubber as the insulation material, it was difficult to directly immerse them in chemical solutions and heat them due to their physical properties, but it is now possible to heat a planar heater directly in a beaker by coating it with fluororesin.

◼ Precautions when using this product

●This heater is for heating liquids only. Do not use this heater for other forms of heating.
●Do not energize in the air (heat while a beaker is empty).
●Do not use for viscous liquids or sol liquids.
●The use of flammable liquids, oils, and petroleum is not permitted.
●Control the amount of liquid so that it does not fall below the minimum liquid level line (indicated by the surface marking ‘LOWER LEVEL’).
●The heater is covered with fluororesin, and therefore we ask that you please check its compatibility with your chemicals before use.
●As the strength of the bent part around the heat-sensitive part of the thermocouple wire is weak, do not intentionally bend it more than 90° or stretch it out flat.
